For almost three decades, Restaurant Oriental in Santiago is the gold standard by which I compare Chinese cuisine. It is a family business with two locations operated by two brothers. As usual, Kuai Man Chan (photo) made a special effort to greet my wife and me at lunch today at the Avenida Bilbao location.
